  • Senate Bill 1150, P.N. 1399 (Stefano)- Amends Title 65 to explicitly limit late additions to agency agendas to emergency business, de minimis matters, and referral of business brought forward by a resident or taxpayer and requires a vote for those items to be added.
  • Senate Bill 1183, P.N. 1433 (Culver)- Amends the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act to raise the financial thresholds for audits of financial reports.
    • A03361 (Dush)- Amendment that makes a technical change and extends effective date to give the Department of State requested time to implement changes.
  • Senate Bill 1088, P.N. 1306 (Coleman)- Amends Title 38 to designate April 18th as First Defenders Day.
    • A02803 (Dush)- Technical amendment that moves the language into an existing part.
  • Senate Bill 857, P.N. 958 (Hutchinson)- Amends the Administrative Code to require local input and county approval before certain agencies can acquire land.
  • Senate Bill 599, P.N. 605 (Dush)- Amends the Election Code to specify that the office where a completed ballot can be returned must be the primary office located in the county seat, and it must be handed to an employee.
