Citations

My office is pleased to send greetings for acknowledgement of accomplishments and special occasions. If you would like to obtain an honorary citation from my office, please use the proper form below. Please note scouting citations are only issued for the rank of Eagle Scout and Gold Award and equivalent; retirement citations are given for 25 or more years of service; anniversary greetings are issued for 25^th, 50^th  or more years of marriage, no more than once every 10 years; and birthday citations are for those 75 years of age and above; no more than once every 10 years. Your request should be received at least four weeks in advance of the event date. Every effort will be made to honor each request, but we cannot guarantee an honorary citation if this deadline is not met.

If you have a citation request other than the ones listed, please contact my office. Other examples may include, academic achievements, athletic achievements, condolence resolutions, military retirements, military unit returning from duty, or certain awards such as the medal of honor, the Purple Heart and Congressional and Presidential Honors.
